Target Information

The TNF superfamily member 10, encoded by the TNFSF10 gene in ducks, is a cytokine belonging to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This protein mainly triggers apoptosis in transformed and tumor cells, while sparing normal cells, even though it is expressed at significant levels in most healthy tissues.
