Target Information

CpG oligodeoxynucleotides (CpG ODN) are short, single-stranded synthetic DNA sequences composed of a cytosine triphosphate deoxynucleotide ("C") linked to a guanine triphosphate deoxynucleotide ("G"), with "p" denoting the phosphodiester linkage between these nucleotides. Some CpG ODN feature a modified phosphorothioate (PS) backbone. These unmethylated CpG motifs serve as immunostimulants.
