Target Information

SAH, or S-Adenosyl-L-homocysteine, serves as a biosynthetic precursor to homocysteine. It is generated through the demethylation process of S-adenosyl-L-methionine. The enzyme adenosylhomocysteinase then converts SAH into homocysteine and adenosine.
