Target Information

IL17RB, also known as CRL4, is a cytokine receptor encoded by the IL17RB gene. It is produced by activated T cells with proinflammatory activity. This receptor has been shown to mediate IL 17E-induced NF-κB activation and IL 8 production. It may play a role in controlling the growth and/or differentiation of hematopoietic cells.
