Target Information

Fms related tyrosine kinase 3, also known as receptor-type tyrosine-protein kinase FLT3, is encoded by the FLT3 gene in chickens. Research showed that a low level of FLT3, which is associated with dendritic cells, was expressed at day 2 in bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (DC) and granulocyte-macrophage-CSF-derived DC after which the expression level decreased.
