Chicken Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens
Product Overview
Chicken brain microvascular endothelial cells are a crucial component of the blood-brain barrier (BBB). They are capable of restricting the entry of soluble substances and cells from the bloodstream into the brain. Brain microvascular endothelial cells share some common characteristics with peripheral endothelial cells. Chicken Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens were generated via lentiviral transfection carrying the SV40 gene (these cells acquire puromycin resistance after transfection).
