Target Information

Lymphotactin, XCL1 is encoded by the XCL1 gene in dogs. The chemokine receptor Xcr1 is selectively expressed on type 1 conventional dendritic cells (cDC1s) in mice, and this selective expression appears to be conserved in man as well as in other mammals such as sheep, pigs, and macaques.
