Target Information

Toll like receptor 3 is encoded by the TLR3 gene in dogs. The recognition of dsRNA, an intermediate of virus replication, is mediated by either the endosomal TLR3 or cytoplasmic retinoic acid-inducible gene I (RIG-I) and melanoma differentiation-associated protein 5 (MDA5).
