Target Information
Interleukin 23 subunit alpha is encoded by the IL23A gene in dogs. IL23 is produced by dendritic cells and macrophages, is composed of IL-12p40, which pairs with a novel IL-23p19 subunit and signals through the IL-23R and the shared subunit IL-12Rβ1.
