Target Information
F11 receptor is encoded by the F11R gene in dogs. It is a member of the junctional adhesion molecules (JAMs) which are cell-cell adhesion molecules of the immunoglobulin superfamily and are involved in the regulation of diverse atherosclerosis-related processes such as endothelial barrier maintenance, leucocytes transendothelial migration, and angiogenesis.
