Target Information

Caldibacillus is a facultative anaerobic genus of bacteria that generally stains Gram-positive, except for Caldibacillus debilis, and belongs to the Bacillaceae family. Caldibacillus thermoamylovorans, also known as Bacillus thermoamylovorans, was initially isolated from a hot spring in South Sumatera, Indonesia. Since then, it has been found in dairy farm processing equipment, as well as in the guts of animals and humans.
