Target Information

Thymosin Beta-10 (TMSB10) is a member of the beta-thymosin family, a group of proteins with similar sequences to the small protein thymosin beta-4. It plays a role as an actin-sequestering protein, inhibiting the formation of F-actin. Bovine Thymosin Beta-10 is encoded by the TMSB10 gene in cattle. It promotes migration and invasion of cancer cells and is a novel prognostic marker for renal cell carcinoma.
