Target Information
Bovine Semaphorin-3C is encoded by the SEMA3C gene in cattle. Sema3C contains an N-terminal sema domain, integrin and immunoglobulin-like domains, and a C-terminal basic domain. It is involved in axonal guidance, cell migration, and angiogenesis during development.It activates the RAC1 mediated NFKB signaling pathway to promote cell survival. And it is also associated with fertility in some dairy cattle genome-wide association studies.
