Specifications
Target Information
Platelet-Activating Factor Acetylhydrolase (PAF-AH), which is also known as 1-alkyl-2-acetylglycerophosphocholine esterase, is an enzyme involved in lipid metabolism and immune responses. Bovine Platelet-Activating Factor Acetylhydrolase is encoded by the PLA2G7 gene in cattle. Research has shown that proteins such as SPADH2, TIMP-2, and PLA2G7, which are negative regulators of motility, are upregulated in the seminal plasma of high ERR bulls.
