Target Information

Bovine PDZ And LIM Domain Protein 1 is encoded by the PDLIM1 gene in cattle. It inhibits NF-κB-mediated inflammatory signaling by sequestering the p65 subunit of NF-κB in the cytoplasm. PDLIM1 has been shown to interact with actinin alpha 4, actinin, alpha 1, estrogen receptor alpha and RNF12. It interacts with HK2 to promote gastric cancer progression through enhancing the Warburg effect via Wnt/beta-catenin signaling.

Target/Biomarker Bovine PDLIM1
Target Synonym PDZ and LIM domain protein 1; Elfin; PDLIM1
Gene ID 614675
UniProt ID Q5E9E1
