Target Information

Interleukin 21 is encoded by the IL21 gene in cattle. It is involved synergistically with IL-15 and Flt3L in the haematopoietic development and differentiation of NK cells, the proliferation of mature B-cell co-stimulated with anti-CD40 antibody, and the proliferation of T-cells co-stimulated with anti-CD3 antibody.
