Target Information

Flavin reductase is encoded by the BLVRB gene in bovine. This enzyme acts as an electron transfer intermediary, accepting electrons from one molecule and passing them on to another. It plays a role in various cellular processes. Blvrb has been identified as a biological driver linked to the tumour necrosis factor stress pathway as a predominant source of variation defining hematopoietic cell heterogeneity.
