Target Information

Annexin A5 (also known as annexin V) is a cellular protein belonging to the annexin group. Bovine Annexin A5 is encoded by the ANXA5 gene in cattle. As a member of the ANNEXIN gene family, it is a critical factor for suppressing inappropriate blood coagulation in maternal blood vessels. In flow cytometry, annexin V is commonly used to detect apoptotic cells.
