Adhesion G protein-coupled receptor E5 is encoded by the ADGRE5 gene in cattle. The ADGRE5 gene has been identified as a MYC target gene, which is specifically expressed in Burkitt lymphoma but not in diffuse large cell lymphoma regardless of MYC translocation.
